About Grand Voir Dire™

I am a trial lawyer. For all my years of practice I have done what all of us do. I used stickies. I have learned to use powerpoint, and found it to be great. The jury understands better with visual assistance, and so do we. That is why it is great to look at the screen and be able to read the notes that I have put into the potential juror's chart, and highlighted for comparison. I also like to have the ability to review juror comments at the end of the trial as to why they reached a decision in a certain way, add that to my notes, and keep that information for future consideration in the next similiar trial. Another thing I really like is that I can read the notes that I put on the screen because they are typed. The older I get, the worse my handwriting gets, and sometimes I can't read my notes...not any more. This is a great program. Try it and you will love it too!!!!
